By accessing or using the Coast to Coast Grocery mobile application and website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Orders and Payments

Placing Orders

When you place an order through our Services:

• You make an offer to purchase products at the listed prices
• We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for instructions.

Pickup and Cancellations

Pickup

Orders are available for pickup at our designated location during business hours. You must pick up your order within the scheduled time window.

Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for refund.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be considered abandoned, and no refund will be provided.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products:

• Returns are generally not accepted once items are picked up
• If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours
• Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Coast to Coast Grocery and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast to Coast Grocery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
